There are things that a resume won't tell you, and if you've made it this far, I assume that's what you're looking for. More than anything, I love to help. I am the kind of worker that genuinely cares about the work I do. I am dedicated to doing my best, every day. I throw myself wholeheartedly into anything put in front of me, and so a job is very personal to me. I make a home out of wherever I am. A huge part of that involves looking beyond myself, to coworkers and customers. How can I improve the experiences of the people around me? A positive attitude and paying attention to changes that I can make to help others' work easier is sometimes all it takes. I find those changes, and I go above and beyond. This kind of work ethic does not translate well to accolades and achievements, because a commitment to interpersonal success is hardly quantitative. Despite this, I am committed to it, and I think it is essential to effective teamwork and positive work experiences.
